“Good morning” – a phrase we should all embrace, for the tongue holds the power of life and death. Today marks the remembrance of the third day in which Jesus rose from the dead after crucifixion, and with His resurrection comes new life for us, our families, businesses, and even our mortal bodies.
Having said this the man of God tells the congregants that regardless of the situation or circumstance surrounding you, remember this, that no one in this world can destroy you unless you allow it. God has placed power in our tongues that whatever we confess with faith comes to pass. As Luke 1:37 alludes to us that with God, all things are possible – yet, though man bears God’s image, human limitations remain proof that we are not God.
The scripture never declared that man was meant for sickness or death. Instead, states that God’s word is sharp and can never return back without fulfilling its purpose as alluded by Hebrews 4:12 and Isaiah 55:11. God Himself does not yield to the pressures of life, but rather stands unwavering, maintaining a victorious mind-set through every trial. And He calls us to do the same that is to speak life, hope, and faith over every situation we face.
Many often surrender to the pressure of their circumstances, allowing trials to reshape their character and compromise their faith. They forget the truth, that as the temple of God, they carry within themselves His power to overcome. In this the Apostle says that no situation should force you to abandon your stance in Christ. Be unshakable because Christ dwells within you.
As a carrier of Christ’s power, your very presence should command the environment to yield, obey, and tremble. Jesus declared that what He begins, He completes, that is in the book of Philippians 1:6, which then brings us to this very question;
Why do we often fail to finish what we started?
To answer this, the man of God says it is because we have allowed circumstances, people, and the devil to define us, resulting in us abandoning the confessions of faith we once boldly declared. We have traded our divine identity for the world’s limitations.
Rise and reclaim what you first proclaimed.
The man of God proceeds to state that no great man was made without persecution. God has never given us the end, or the beginning, but the process thereof. Hence it is important to note that no man rises above the boundaries of their own declarations/ confessions. If you want to live, you will do so according to your confessions, for your words frame your reality.
Nobody will live above their confessions!
Going to the book of Romans 10, the Apostle goes to say that the just will live by faith.
But if we carry Christ within us, if greater is He that is in us – why do we still struggle under oppression?
This, he says reveals a gap between what we confess and what we truly believe.
Though the process is painful and filled with thorns – the scripture says this is where the anointing is formed. We glory in tribulation because it refines our faith. So let our lives align with our words, for if indeed God is in us, no trial can break what He has ordained.
And now to put a seal into the impartation of the word, the man of God led the congregants through prayer as thus;
Lord use the word in my mouth as lightning to strike all those against me!
Lord send your word against anything standing against me, my family, my business and anything coming on my way- through my mouth Lord release your word!
Let there be light anyway darkness is hiding and working against me, my family, my business and anything affiliated to my life!
Father God anoint me with the resurrection anointing – the anointing that brought Lazarus from the dead to life. Release the resurrection grace to all those who desire it oh Lord!
As the resurrection power is being released, may it bring you out of the grave that the devil had thrown you into with the assumption that you were done with.
Declare;
Jesus bring me out. I am out in Jesus name. My business, my marriage, my family, my career, my health and anything concerning me, I command you to come out in Jesus name!
As we believe in our hearts and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord we shall be saved. Begin to speak light upon everything affiliated to your life. Let your mercy speak upon everything upon my life.
