THE YEAR OF A NEW YEAR

In cheer jubilance the believers ushered in the new year ” The Year of a New Year ” as they sang;
” There is a race I must run
And a victory to be won
Give me power every hour to be through”
On their knees, the congregants began to present their lives, academia, career, future, their families and all that forms part of their lives unto Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Starting his sermon, the man of God tells those in congregation that God did not just give us the beginning, but the process thereof. Despite the uncertainty we had of making it through 2024, God’s grace carried us through. We now have to work it through and stand up for ourselves. It is the time for us to go after what we have been looking for, be it a job or business – pursue it. People believe when they see wonders, just as was stated by Jesus in the book of John that less they see signs and wonders they will never believe.
With a highlight of the fulfilled prophetic words that were spoken over the past year, the man of God, Apostle Jackson Kgopolo assures the congregants that all the declarations upon their lives tonight shall indeed come to pass.
Taking his reading from the book of Habakkuk 2:2, the mouthpiece of Yahweh tells the congregants that in the year 2025, despite the situations and circumstances ahead, they will be running through what God shall give to them.
He says that many are destroyed by lack of patience; which often drives them into jumping into conclusions before thoroughly assessing the situation at hand. This however has them moving in circles, as the same situations/failures keep repeating themselves upon their lives. A man must have patience in life. Prayer and consistency is what forms part of a patient man’s lifestyle amidst trying times. What brought you in is what will keep you in. What drove you out is what will drive in and keep in.
God does not want us to fail, but to succeed. He wants us to live good lives, just as declared by the scripture in the book of 3John 1:2. The prosperity of the soul in this context translates to internal peace.
Never allow problems to gain inhabitance in your life. Write the vision and run with it, for without a vision you shall slumber along the way. Jesus did not find the disciples asleep, but fishing and told them to leave and he shall make them fishers of man, not having anything for the year 2025 at table, will have you remaining poor even in this new year. Have something inside, write it down and get ready to hit the ground running.
Declare;
This year 2025 I am going to make it in my Ministry, business, marriage and everything I shall do!
Proof texting the book of Joel 2: 18, the man of God gives a prophetic word for the year 2025. He says that we are in a new regime in which God is bringing a new thing. Those that were rejected before shall be accepted. Those that were hated shall be loved because God is jealous of his land.
God is jealous about His land. He is pitifully over the cries of the people of His land, just like in the times of Moses to the Israelites.
Going down to verse 19, he orders the congregants to declare prosperity upon their lives saying;
” There is no more reproach in my life and family. Everything I do, God is in it!”
God can use anything; all He is looking for/at is the heart. God’s focus is not on our mistakes and sins, but the state of our hearts and who we can potentially become.
It is important to note that God can never release a blessing upon your life when your heart is not pure, for that blessing will act as a catalyst towards your distraction.
Prayer;
“In the name of Jesus, this year 2025 give me a heart to forgive and forget.”
Taking the reading in verse 20, the Apostle orders the congregants to declare;
“Any battle spiritually, financially, ministerial, materially, academically, health-wise – that comes your way, God will fight it on your behalf!”
Giving a prophetic declaration for the year 2025, the Apostle says;
“Fear not, be glad because God shall do great things. A new, greater and wonderful thing is coming your way in Jesus name!”
